Four Pillars Engineered for you.

4 pillars

Circuit & Carrier

The physical connections you pay for every month, and the contracts that lock them in. We audit, consolidate, and renegotiate.

  • Multi-carrier circuit aggregation
  • Contract renegotiation & consolidation
  • Physical diversity validation
  • Last-mile design (fiber, DIA, broadband)

SD-WAN & SASE

The overlay that makes the underlay irrelevant. We design for the org you're becoming, not the MPLS contract you're escaping.

  • SD-WAN architecture & vendor selection
  • SASE / SSE rollout, including identity integration
  • Cloud on-ramp & direct peering
  • Branch-in-a-box & thin-edge design

Voice & Collaboration

UCaaS, CCaaS, and the legacy voice infrastructure you're still paying to keep alive. We sunset what you can, integrate what you keep.

  • UCaaS migration (RingCentral / 8x8 / Teams Phone)
  • Contact center architecture & integration
  • SIP trunking & legacy PRI sunset
  • E911 compliance for distributed workforces

Managed Connectivity

When you don't want to run circuits and overlays in-house. A partner-delivered NOC for day-two operations.

  • Managed circuit + carrier monitoring
  • SD-WAN policy & change management
  • 24/7 NOC incident response
  • Telecom expense management
/ Methodology

The EdgeTeam Method.

4 steps
01 Listen

A senior engineer walks through your environment, your last three incidents, and what's on the roadmap.

02 Recommend

We come back with a short, defensible recommendation: two or three options with the trade-offs named in writing. We say which vendor we would pick and why.

03 Design

We validate the design before production. You get a reference architecture, a phased rollout plan, and a bill of materials with lines you can implement or defer. We provide it to your IT team or a deploy partner.

04 Collaborate

This is where your team and ours move from review to ownership. Standing call cadence, shared roadmap. Every decision gets named in writing: vendor, scope, sequencing. Your team owns the design. We don't leave when the project ends.

Frequently Asked Questions

What connectivity services does EdgeTeam provide?

We engineer network connectivity for multi-site organizations across Dallas-Fort Worth and Texas across four areas: circuit and carrier management, SD-WAN and SASE, voice and collaboration, and managed connectivity. We are vendor-neutral, so the design comes first and the carrier or platform follows.

Can you consolidate and renegotiate our carrier contracts?

Yes. Circuit and carrier work is one of our core pillars. We audit what you are paying for, consolidate overlapping or underused circuits, renegotiate contracts, and design the last mile with fiber, dedicated internet access, or broadband where each fits. The goal is fewer surprises and a bill that matches what you actually use.

What is physical circuit diversity and why does it matter?

Two circuits are only truly redundant if they do not share the same fiber path, conduit, or last-mile provider. We validate physical diversity so a single cut or provider outage cannot take a site fully offline. Many organizations believe they have redundancy until the day both circuits fail together.

What is the difference between SD-WAN and SASE?

SD-WAN steers traffic across multiple circuits for performance and resilience. SASE adds cloud-delivered security such as secure web gateway, CASB, and zero trust access on top of that fabric. Many organizations deploy SD-WAN first and layer SASE on as their security requirements grow.

Should we move off MPLS?

Often yes, but not blindly. If your traffic is increasingly cloud-bound, MPLS can be costly and rigid next to an SD-WAN design over broadband, fiber, and dedicated internet access. We map your real traffic and costs first, because some sites still have legitimate reasons to keep a private circuit.

Can EdgeTeam manage our voice and collaboration systems?

Yes. Our voice and collaboration pillar covers modern phone systems and collaboration platforms, including VoIP, UCaaS, and contact center, along with the E911 and call-quality requirements that come with them. We design voice to ride the same resilient network we build for your data.

What does managed connectivity include?

Managed connectivity means we monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the network after it is built, so circuit issues and carrier tickets are handled for you. Your team gets a single point of accountability instead of chasing multiple carriers when something degrades.

How do you keep a multi-site network from going down?

We design for physical diversity and failover, validate that redundant circuits do not quietly share the same last mile, and can manage the network so issues are caught before a site notices. Diverse paths, tested failover, and monitoring together keep multi-site organizations online.
